Are you new to Valiant Comics? Have you heard about the Quantum & Woody team? If you answer "No" to either question, and have not yet read it, allow me to recommend the trade paperback Earth's Last Choice to you.
Quantum and Woody are two misfits gifted with superpowers. They lack Bloodshot's military training. They don't wear suits of sentient alien armor like X-O Manowar. Like most of us--much of the time--they have trouble getting their, um, selves together. Still, they strive to be heroes. That's enough reason for me to love Quantum & Woody.
Oh, and there's a goat. His name is Vincent. He's part of the team too.
